Vegan Peanut Butter, Granola, and Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 cup quinoa flour
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil or 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup soymilk or 1/2 cup rice milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granola cereal
- 1 1/2 cups vegan dark chocolate chips
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix batter together until smooth in a mixer or by hand Form 1 to 2 inch balls in your hands and place on a cookie sheet These cookies wont spread out too much so you can place them close together Cook for 10-12 minutes
